Martine Ali is New York designer who creates chic, trendy and unique jewelry collections inspired by the industrial age. Her line promotes customizable pieces, attaching and detaching the different chains to personalize each piece to the wearer. Her interest in jewelry started when she was very young at her home in Chicago, creating beaded pieces for her mother who would wear them to work. She got her professional beginning once she moved to New York, working for DKNY where her design talent was discovered during her internship, she then went on to design their jewelry line.

Ali’s process while creating her designs is extremely organic, rarely premeditated. She begins with materials and it is a natural process of her being inspired and creating those passion pieces. Her creative process can be felt and seen within each of her pieces, one of the many reasons her designs are increasingly gaining popularity.
