All returns must be authorized by us before sending the merchandise back.
- The return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed. condition.
- The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.
- Custom-orders or Pre-order items are final sale, non-refundable and not eligible for return.
- All items on sale, special orders, lifestyle/interior products, books and magazines are considered FINAL SALE.
Fine Jewelry items (not custom-ordered) are only eligible for exchange or store credit after purchase.
Merchandise returned damaged will be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of ARCHIVES.
Damaged items should be reported upon receipt of the package (48h). Corresponding imagery outlining imperfections or damage should accompany any claims. If a damage claim is not reported immediately upon receipt of the package, the damage is no longer the responsibility of ARCHIVES or the brand.

How to Submit a return request? Click the MY ACCOUNT in the store's navigation, or click on the INITIATE RETURN button above. 1. Log in to your account: 1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue. 2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. 3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. 2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. 3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. 4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. 5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
ARCHIVES does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a store credit refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
Original shipping fees are not refundable.
You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit to your ARCHIVES account or back to the original payment method. Return shipping cost will apply and will be estimated on your return label email confirmation before you ship back the item, the fee cost will be deducted from the refund. We require up to 10 business days of receiving the merchandise at the ARCHIVES warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
Your returned items must meet all eligibility criteria in order to be refunded. If you return an item that does not meet the eligibility requirements, ARCHIVES will not send it back to you.
The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Any returns received without a return authorization number, that do not comply with the above, or for any other reason that ARCHIVES deems unacceptable, may be denied at the discretion of ARCHIVES.
All products purchased through ARCHIVES website are subject only to the applicable warranties of their respective manufacturers. Warranties are provided by the manufacturers and not by ARCHIVES. Where permitted by law, ARCHIVES disclaims all warranties and conditions relating to any products sold or distributed by ARCHIVES, and will not be liable for failure to use any product in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. Please consult the user manual or contact the manufacturer for any relevant warranty information.
