HOW IT WORKS!
1. Purchase your item online
Shop on our website for a huge selection of products from brand names you love! Simply add them to your cart and hit "Pick Up" at check out.
2. Wait for your CONFIRMATION EMAIL
We will send you a confirmation email to let you know that we received your order, and another confirmation email once your items are ready for pick up at the destination location.
Your confirmation email will have further instructions on where to pick up your item at the location specified.
3. Pick Up At Store
At your convenience, arrive at the ARCHIVES Private Atelier location and dial the store's number (416-922-2229). We will have a staff member bring out your product.
Please note: You may be required to present the confirmation email, a valid photo ID and the credit/debit card used to place the order, at the time of pick up.
PICKUP FAQs
1. How long do I have to pick up my order?
Currently, we ask that you kindly pick your order in 7-14 days or less. If you have not picked up your item in 7-14 days, you will be contacted by ARCHIVES team for arrangements.
2. Can I make returns?

3. When will I be charged for my order?
You must place your order online and payment will be taken at the time of purchase on our website! We accept all major credit cards through our online website.
4. What happens an order is not picked up within 14 days?
If you have not picked up your order within 14 days of receiving your Ready For Pickup Confirmation Email, ARCHIVES team will reach out for arranging pickup as soon as possible. If your order is still not picked up after 30 days, ARCHIVES will make one last attempt to organize pickup or delivery, after that it will be declared as abandoned and donated to charity organization.
