Inspired by her travels, Italian culture, and her love for handmade goods, Anne Hamro founded Filùhats in 2013. Growing up in California, she has always had a strong disposition for travelling and spent a lot of her life around the globe. Hamro's travels gave her a unique perspective, being able to experience many different cultures. During her time in Italy, she developed a strong attachment and a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship and traditional culture found in Italy, including hat-making.
