As an authorized retailer, ARCHIVESTORONTO guarantees the authenticity of every product we stock. Certain items will also include the designer's own proof of authenticity.

The availability of any merchandise on the site is always subject to change. The best way to stay up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales is to sign up for our newsletter.

IZIPIZI Products Guarantee
Under no circumstances can ARCHIVESTORONTO be held responsible for:

- Defects resulting from inappropriate, incorrect use or the misuse of the product by the Customer
- Normal wear and tear and aging of the product
- A lack of maitenance or care
- Negligence or accidents
- Alteration of the product by the Customer or a third party
- Non-compliance with the products' instruction guides that ensures they are used correctly.
- Any manipulation of IZIPIZI products by an unauthorised person (for example for the replacement of the lenses, hinges or other repaires)
Scratches on the lenses of IZIPIZI products, as well as any defect resulting from handling by a third party, are expressly excluded from the guarantees referred to above.

Currency


Pricing and currency are displayed according to the IP address of your device. If you are accessing our website from within Canada, prices will be shown in CAD.

You may change the currency by selecting the currency of your choice.


International Duties and Taxes


International duties and taxes are determined by the shipping address entered at checkout. If taxes and duties are included in the price of your order this will be mentioned at checkout.

Alternatively, your order may not include taxes and duties. This means your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs office. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.

For all deliveries made to the US over $800, customs duties and handling fees apply and will be charged to you by the courier (DHL, FedEx or UPS) .

Sales tax


Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax. Orders shipped in Canada are subject to respective provinces sales tax rates.

Upon checkout, you will be asked to sign into your ARCHIVESTORONTO account. On the checkout page, you can enter a new address, or select an address you have previously used.

Next step is to select a shipping method, as well as enter your payment information. When you are ready to place your order, click confirm.

Payment


We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

Amex and Discover cards are supported through the PayPal guest or member checkout.

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. We will only charge the pre-authorization when the order is packed and ready for shipment. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox.

Promotional codes rules

Use of promotional codes provided to you via email (the "Code") to apply on your ARCHIVESTORONTO order, are subject to these T&Cs:

  • To redeem this offers, enter the Code at checkout on your eligible order from ARCHIVESTORONTO.
  • Promo codes may only be used once per person and cannot be applied on any items on sale or combined with other discount, offer, code, certificate, or coupons. The Code may not be applied to any delivery costs.
  • This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.
  • All purchases made on ARCHIVESTORONTO must be for personal and not commercial use.

Shipping & Shipping Fees


In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders may be combined and the shipping fees will be adjusted unless otherwise requested.
Archives is not responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs or customs charges incurred by your respective location. If you are unsure of the charges that may be incurred upon your shipment, please contact your local customs office. 

Please note that once all shipments have been processed and picked up by our courier, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please contact your corresponding postal service.

Please allow up to five business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to process your order. Processing time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping.

Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact our Customer Care team so that we can assist you further.


 


Returned to sender packages

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to ARCHIVESTORONTO by courier, we will contact you to provide you with the option of reshipment or a refund(3) of the merchandise.

In case of reshipment, new shipping fee will be invoiced for the return and resend fees.

In case of refund(3), a restocking fee of $5 per returned order and shipping expenses (both ways) will be deducted from your reimbursement.

(3) Custom-orders, pre-order items, items over 50% discount, special orders, lifestyle/interior products, books and magazines are final sale and non-refundable. Fine Jewelry items (not custom-ordered) are only eligible for store credit.
