After studying at Studio Berçot in Paris, Charlotte Chesnais joined Balenciaga alongside Nicolas Ghesquière for nine years, where she worked on the ready-to-wear collections and piloted the launch of Balenciaga's jewelry line. 

Since 2012, Charlotte Chesnais has consulted with several designers including Kenzo, Mayiet, Maison Kitsuné as well as Paco Rabanne, whom she still collaborates with on their leather goods and jewelry.

Her handmade jewelry mixes “graphic and fluid lines, re-designed basics and abstract shapes.”
