In Paris, Amélie Riech established herself as an editor, stylist and consultant for important publications and respected international fashion brands. She founded Uncommon Matters, originally as a platform for her personal artistic endeavors. The first works were limited editions and unique pieces for exhibition. Due to their simple intricacy and fluid usage of both fine and novel materials including porcelain and glass and high tech ceramics, Riech’s precise couture pieces quickly found a following, both in galleries and high-end boutiques.
